STUDENT INFORMATION

1. FRIDAY, Dec. 17th is a minimum day. Students will be released at 12:15 p.m. Winter break runs through Monday, January 3, 2011. Students return to school on Tuesday, January 4th.
2. SCHOOL RULES – Fighting or encouraging a fight will result in a 3-5 day suspension.
3. HOLIDAY CANDY CANE GRAMS – Send your friends a holiday gram and show them you care. Grams will be on sale for 50 cents during lunch and will be delivered on Thursday, Dec. 16th.

8. YEARBOOKS – This is it! This is the last chance to get your yearbook for $45 with your name on it for free. Yearbooks will be $50 after winter break.

1. FMS HOLIDAY PLAY TONIGHT – Come and join the FMS drama program for their first play of the year: CSI – Christmas Scene Investigators. The play starts at 7:00 p.m. in the gym. See you there for some holiday spirit!

3. CONGRATULATIONS to Suzane Arana and Calista Godfrey who were selected as finalists for the 2011 Safe & Wise Water Ways poster contest. They competed among thousands of entries and their artwork will be displayed in the state Capitol building during National Safe Boating Week in May, 2011. Way to go Suzane and Calista!
4. FREE MOVIE – The Fillmore Citizen’s Patrol annual Christmas movie is being offered for free for all children on Saturday, Dec. 11th at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The movie this year is “Megamind”. Plan to attend this fun event!

1. ART SHOW & BAND CONCERT takes place tonight, Nov. 30th from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Art students will be in the library selling their original design greeting cards ($1.25 each), with the proceeds going to the artists.
2. SCHOOL RULES – Vandalism, graffiti or destruction of school or personal property will result in a 3-5 day suspension.

1. SPIRIT WEDNESDAY is tomorrow and it is Neon Day! Wear your brightest, flashiest clothing. The class with the most spirit wins!
