STUDENT INFORMATION
1. NEW ROTATION starts on Monday, Dec. 6th. All students will begin the day with period 6 and end the day with period 5.
2. SCHOOL RULES – Scholastic CrimeStoppers offers a reward of $50.00 if you provide information regarding a crime, drugs or weapons on campus. The student providing the information will remain anonymous. See our Principal Mr. Schweller or our Assistant Principal Mr. Carroll if you have information.
3. HOLIDAY CANDY CANE GRAM – Send your friends a holiday gram showing them you care. Cost is 50 cents. Sign up during lunch on stage in the pavilion starting on Friday, Dec. 3rd. Grams will be delivered on Dec. 16th.
4. TODAY is being recognized by our District as the Day of the Special Educator. These educators consist of special day class teachers, resource specialists, speech & language pathologists, paraprofessionals, behavioral, occupational & physical therapists, adaptive PE teachers, specialists for the deaf & hard of hearing, mobility, & autism, psychologists and nurses who work in our schools and serve students in special education.
5. YOUTH ACT CLUB is continuing the food drive on behalf of Rotary. Please bring in canned/boxed/packaged/unopened/non-perishable food items from now until Dec. 12th. Rotary’s goal is to make 70 baskets for families in the Fillmore/Piru areas. We will collect all the food donations on the 12th.
6. PIZZA LUNCH – Be on time to all your classes. All students that are on time to every class for the month of December will be entered into a drawing for a pizza lunch with their friends on December 16th!
7. YEARBOOKS – Time is running out. Order your yearbook for $45.00. See Miss Beal in K-3 during first lunch or the yearbook table during second lunch. Cost will go up soon!

1. WINTERCOATDRIVE.COM – The Santa Clara Valley Legal Aid’s 4th winter coat drive will give new winter coats to children in Fillmore. If you are interested in making a tax deductible donation go to this listed website or you may make a check payable to: Winter Coat Fund, c/o Laura Bartels, 540 Sespe Avenue, Suite #2, Fillmore, CA 93015.
2. PARENTS ARE WELCOME to come to our school any time. Please be sure to sign in at the front office and get a visitor’s pass before going on campus.
3. WEBSITE INFO: Our Calendar of Events is posted at the Fillmore Unified School District Website at: www.fillmore.k12.ca.us Once there, you can click on Fillmore Middle School and you will find the calendar of events listed in the upper left corner. You will also find a cafeteria menu and staff email access.
