David Vargas had 7 solo tackles on defense. Aries Vega rushed for 107 yards. However, Varsity fell short in the second half leaving the score Flashes-20 to Hueneme-46.”We had a great first half of football, but too many mistakes in the second half.”-Head Coach M. Dollar. The varsity team is hoping to make up for these mistakes when they battle against our town’s long-time rival Santa Paula Cardinals in their 106th meeting.
