Lady Lightning Cheer Team Takes 1st in Holiday Showcase

The Fillmore Unified School District would like to recognize the Lady Lightning cheer team! After a 10 year hiatus, Fillmore High School has a competitive cheer team. Lady Lightning competed at the Jamz Holiday Showcase in Anaheim on Saturday, December 9th, against five other teams and brought home 1st Place! Lady Lightning qualified for Jamz School Cheer Nationals which will be held in Las Vegas, January 26-27. Lady Lightning is under the direction of Head Coach Caitlin McCall, Assistant Coach Tammy Ferguson and Volunteer Coach Ellyse Lucas. Go Flashes!
