The Fillmore Middle School Wrestling Team recently competed at Isbell Middle School’s Annual Takedown Tournament on Thursday, September 13th. The team was led by 6th graders Jonathan Patino and Emma Torres who were both undefeated with records of 2-0 as each of them compiled 4 takedowns. Meya Garcia (grade 8) was 1-1 with 3 takedowns. Alexa Martinez was 1-1 with 2 takedowns. Devin Camacho (grade 6) was 0-2 with 1 takedown. The team will travel to Fremont Middle School on Wednesday, September 19th for a 4 team dual tournament.
