October 1st, 2019 the Fillmore Flashes Girls Volleyball team traveled to Carpinteria. Final Scores: Frosh/Soph won 25-17, 25-
20, JV lost in 3, 21-25, 26-24, 13-15 and Varsity lost in 4 sets, 21-25, 17-25, 25-18, 22-25. Standout players were Emma Ocegueda with 30 digs, Tori Gonzalez with 20 digs and 9 kills, Nathalia Magana had 16 assists and 6 digs, then Olivia Palazuelos with 7 kills and 5 blocks.

October 3rd 2019 the Flashes played at Nordhoff whose varsity is undefeated in league. Final Scores: Frosh/Soph lost 19-25, 12-25, JV won 13-25, 25-22, 17-15, Varsity 5-25, 12-25, 5-25. Standout player was Alexis Sanchez had 10 digs for the night.
