This past Saturday, May 18th the Junior Division Fillmore Yankees Baseball team defeated the Santa Paula Junior Diamondbacks 3 -2 to claim the District 63 South Playoffs Championship title. The Fillmore Yankees completed their season as first place in standings with 12 wins, 4 losses, and 2 ties out of 11 teams in the South-Junior Division. Thanks to everyone who came out to support these teams and coaches. Next up for the Yankees is District 63 North vs. South Championship Saturday June 1st (time and location TBA).
