A decade in the making. For the first time since 2015, the Fillmore 8U All-Stars are heading to the State Championship. Only a handful of Fillmore teams have ever reached this level, making this accomplishment even more remarkable.
The girls punched their ticket to State this past weekend at the District Championships, finishing in the Top 4 and earning their spot among California’s best teams.
These young ladies have shown heart, grit, determination, and teamwork all season long. They have represented our community with pride and earned the opportunity to compete on the biggest stage.
Congratulations, girls. You’ve already made Fillmore proud. Now go enjoy the moment, play your game, and know that your families, coaches, and the entire community are behind you every step of the way.
Good luck at State, Fillmore 8U All-Stars!
