Fillmore’s 12U Lady Reapers went undefeated at the Santa Barbara Butterball Tournament. During the championship game, a walk-off single gave the Lady Reapers the win over Bownet 10-9. The game was tied with the international tiebreaker rule in effect in the bottom of the seventh inning, when Emma Estrella put down a sacrifice bunt to move Analisa Cabral over to third. Davina Miranda then singled on a 0-1 count scoring the winning run. Congratulation to the team for never giving up and playing hard until the end.
