Fillmore’s Heritage Valley Blazers would like to congratulate Ralphy Avila. On Sunday, June 25, 2023, he competed in the USATF Region 15 Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships. He took 1st Place finish with a personal best throw of 38"6.25. Ralphy will travel to Eugene, Oregon to compete in the USATF National Junior Olympic Track & Field Championship on July 24th to 30th.
