California United Compete at B-Active Fusion Tournament

Submitted by Nancy Vaca This past weekend the California United Soccer 2008 Girls and Bys teams competed at in the B-Active Fusion Tournament the Girls took the Championship for their divisions, and the Boys just fell short in the Finals. Game results are below: Game 2 - California United 4-1 Ventura FC Riptides; Goals: Lizbeth Mendez 4; Assist: Leanna Villa 1, and Valerie Rubio 1. Game 3 Semi Final - California United 4-1 Boca; Goals: Alondra Leon 1, Lizbeth Mendez 1, Sara Diaz 1, and Valerie Rubio 1; Assist: Lizbeth Mendez 1, Nathalia Orozco 1. Game 4 Final - California United 4-3 Legends; Goals: Alondra Leon 2, Lizbeth Mendez 1, Valerie Rubio 1; Assist: Nathalia Orozco 1, Lizbeth Mendez 1, and Valerie Rubio 1.
