Seniorsize, Adults in motion

It’s never too late to exercise! The best way to remain healthy and independent as you age is to keep active and exercise! That’s why Fillmore Senior Center offers the popular “Adults In Motion”, Seniorsize Class
Seniorsize is designed for ages 55 and above. Classes meet twice weekly for an hour. Exercises are done sitting or standing next to a chair. With stretching exercise & using light weights participants will improve balance, reducing risk of falls, gain muscle strength and energy. Overall better health is achieved with increased range of motion, osteoporosis prevention and making new friends!

New Class starts: April 1st and runs through May 18th. It’s a 7 week class, meeting twice a week, Monday at 10:30 AM and again on Friday at 9:30 AM. The cost is $28.00 for the session. Everyone’s Welcome! Instructor Jaci Gutierrez will inspire and guide you to a better you! The Seniorsize class is very popular. To register Call the Fillmore Senior Center at 524-4533
