Nine fun filled days of setting-up, selling & packing up, It takes a lot of volunteers to run a Fireworks Booth. Thank you so much for supporting the senior center. Our heart felt thanks to our Mayor Gayle Washburn & her husband Jeff Washburn, Carmen & John Zermeno, Jean Westling, Jeanne Murray, Sherry Johnson, Carla Browning, Brian Sipes and Brett, Cecilia Burns, Valerie Brinton, Janine Rees, Charlie Alvarez, Larry & Becca Bouligny, Patty & Vince Stehly, Deborah & Jim Galarza, Jim Arellones, Cara, Angie Pagliano, Iris Martin, Neva Picketts. The senior center is kept open by the support of many volunteers.

Due to Cutbacks our Salad Bar will only be every other Tuesday. If you need to mark your calendars start with Tuesday, July 3 then July 17th and so on. We will be serving regular hot lunches Mondays, Tuesday (on the in-between weeks), Wednesdays & Thursdays. No lunch is served on Fridays.
Please, remember to call by 10:30 AM if you plan on having lunch that day.

Low Vision Support group will not meet July or August, we will meet again on September 26th, from 10 to 11:30 AM. Then October 24th. & December 19th.

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Caregiver Support Group meets on the 2nd & 4th Mondays each month from 9:00 – 10:30 A.M. This is a great opportunity for those caring for their love ones to step back, take a moment to breath, to share & learn from others going though the same difficult decisions, to unload the frustrations of repeating information and worrying what’s going to happen when your not there to keep an eye on them. Norma Featherston from the Alzheimer’s Association along with Ted Stekkinger volunteer their time to facilitate the group.

The Art Composition Class will "NOT" have a Teacher for the Month of July, any of the students wishing to come in and continue with any of the projects or practice are welcome. The tables will be available.
