On a side note; When I was picking up the pastries Starbucks donates to the Senior Center, they treated me to an Oatmeal. If you like Oatmeal, even if it’s not your favorite, I would like to recommend “Starbucks Perfect Oatmeal”, It is packaged nicely, each container comes with a side package of nuts and dried fruits even brown sugar & of course the spoon and napkin, all that is left to do is add hot water, wait three minutes and you’ve got a nutritious breakfast. . If you’re a banana lover you could also add sliced bananas. I ate every, every bit & it was only 390 calories total. If your one that has to eat on the run or at the office, you should try it. Thanks Starbucks.
