Free 2013 Federal and State Income Tax Help, Sorry to say, are not being done at the Fillmore Senior Center this year. The closes place is Santa Paula Community Center at 530 W. Main Street. Mondays from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. No appointment is needed, first come, first served. For seniors 60+ & low income individuals/families. All returns will be filed electronically. (NO Paper) Please remember to bring your copy of the 2012 tax return. Other items to bring are: Your W-2 Form, (if you were employed) also any Federal and State Tax forms you may receive in the mail. For direct deposit of refunds, bring proof of your checking account (e.g. voided check). You might want to bring a book to read while waiting for your turn. Other Free Tax help close to Fillmore are: Moorpark Senior Center, Wednesdays 8:30-11:30 except last Wednesday of the month.
