Steve Salazar from the Braille Institute will be here February 28th from 10- 1:00pm for anyone that need visual aids. Although he is not using the Braille Mobile, Steve will be inside the Senior Center with information about free programs and services, such as magnification and lighting demonstration, Information and demonstration models of various adaptive products and the most current technology, including information about catalogues and ordering helpful items by phone and by computer on-line, such as talking watches and clocks, sunglasses, writing aids and large-print calendars. Applications for borrowing free talking books from the Library of Congress, and one-on-one consultation with Steve.
