Dream Discussion
A new discussion group about Dreams will start Thursday, April 15th at 8 a.m. with Valerie Brinton, M. A. who has substantial experience working in this area. She will be discussing the value, meaning, and uses of dreams; individual dreams, dreamwork techniques, and the history of dreaming. The group will explore various methods of deepening our understanding of dreams and increasing our ability to include the wisdom dreams can offer in our daily life. All are welcome, no prior experience necessary. $2 donation suggested.

Meditation & Yoga
The Meditation class and Yoga Class have been expanded to include a new evening group. In addition to the regular morning meetings, Meditation Class will also be held Thursday evenings at 5:30 with Yoga following at 6:30. These groups will be held at the Senior Center and are open to everyone with a suggested donation of $2 per session.

Driver Training
The next AARP Mature Driver Training class will be held May10 and May15 for all seniors in this area. After completion of the two-day course, you may send your certificate to your auto insurance company and most will give you a discount on your premium. The dates for 2010 are now posted on the Channel 10 Senior Center page so it will be easy to refresh your memory. You should call the Center and put your name on the list for the next class in May. Photo Club
The Photo Club is meeting each Wednesday during March for a fun time to learn more about your camera and how to compose a picture you will treasure. The Paper Craft class has fun with scrapbooks and papers and just “stuff” to fashion bazaar items. You may call the Center for more details and put your name on the list for these two new activities.

Birthday Party
Friday, March 26, is the monthly birthday party following lunch at the Senior Center. coffee will be served after the regular meal, so come for food and fun on the 26th.

Book Club
The Book Club will be reading “LOOK AGAIN” by Scottaline before the April meeting. The recommended companion book this month is STILL ALICE by Genorea. What is more fun than reading---show the grandkids what you enjoy doing and encourage them to follow you!
