Living Within Your Means – Monday March 9, 2018 – 9:00 to 11:00
Is a workshop offered through the VCAAA in partnership with the Ventura County Credit Union. Designed to provide valuable financial information to individuals 60 and older, Living Within Your Means gives participants access to financial planning and budgeting resources.
The Workshop can be offered in English or Spanish, and is free to all participants. Participants will receive a bound workbook with important information and documents.
Legal Information for Elders – Monday March 19, 2018 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. is designed to provide valuable legal information to individuals 60 and older.
The work- shop allows participants to engage with Michael Williams, attorney and director of Grey Law, regarding areas of concern including identifying legal needs: grandchildren and legal relationships: legal documents for elders: resolving housing disputes: communication and hiring legal professionals. This workshop is also free to all participants, and includes a bound workbook with important information and documents.
