Coffee with friends every Monday thru Friday morning. Drop-in anytime during hours
of operation. One need not have to attend a scheduled event to enjoy the Active
Adult Center.

FOOD SHARE SENIOR KITS: March 22, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Every 4th
Wednesday of the month.
What are Senior Kits? Senior Kits are free boxes of food for qualifying seniors. Each
box weights 25-30 pounds and contains: canned fruits and vegetables – juice-canned
meat and fish-beans or peanut butter-cheese-shelf stable milk-pasta or rice-cereal or
oats. Who is eligible? Age 60 or older-resident of Ventura County (participants do not
have to be United States citizens)-meets the federal income guidelines.

SENIOR MORNING WALK- : Mondays 8:15 a.m. meet in front of the Active Adult
Center. (Excluding Holidays)

CRAFTS; Monday’s, & Tuesday’s 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

PAINTING: Wednesday’s 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Open painting - you supply the
Paints, we supply the space.

BOOK CLUB: Thursday March 16, 10:00 a.m.- 3rd Thursday of the Month

COMPUTER LESSONS: Thursday’s 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

LINE DANCING: Wednesday’s, Beginner class; 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Advance
Class, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. $3.00 per class.

OASIS: Monday’s 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. &
First Thursday of the month 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. No Class will be held in March.

WALK WITH EASE: Walk with Ease is an exercise program that can reduce pain
and improve overall health. Benefits of Program: Reduced Pain - Improved Flexibility
Increased Energy - Walk Safely. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.

10 minute without increased pain, you can have success with Walk with Ease. Pre-

The Senior Nutrition Program is looking for drivers to deliver meals to our

Lunch served Monday thru Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. $3.00 donation, 60
years of age and older.

Home bound Seniors great news! The Senior Nutrition Program is offering
ready-to-eat hot meals on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Call to determine if you qualify. Must be 60 years of age or older, $3.00.
