The Ventura County SELPA announces a public hearing to review the proposed Annual Budget Plan and Program Descriptors/Annual Service Plan for Special Education. The program descriptors list the types of special education services provided in the SELPA. The SELPA includes all school districts and the County Office of Education in Ventura County and the Las Virgenes Unified School District in Los Angeles County.
