Fillmore Unified School District continues to prioritize mental health and wellness. On Monday, December 4, 2023, Fillmore USD celebrated the Grand Opening of the Piru Elementary School’s Wellness Center. The wellness center will provide support to students and families in Piru. They would also like to welcome licensed social worker Sylvia Gonzalez, who has joined the FUSD Wellness Team. Thank you to FUSD Governing Board, Piru Neighborhood Council and Ventura County Office of Education, Gold Coast Health Plan, and FUSD and Piru staff for their support.
