Roland Daryl Vest, Born on November 13, 1932, passed away on September 30, 2010 at his home in Fillmore, California. He was self employed as an electrical contractor for 20 yrs. He was a master wood carver and master mason. He was a Korean War Veteran, and he loved fishing and traveling.
He was preceded in death by his wife Imogene Vest. He is survived by his sons, Mark and Robert Vest, daughter Daralyn Balden, sister Veda Southwick, grandchildren, Kirsten Myers , Kevin Vest and Tarah Balden, great grandchildren, Madison, Marcus, Ryan, Bradyn and Kayleigh, brother and sister in laws, Leland Southwick, Weeda & Arvolle Long, cousins Ken Vest and Sue Maynard, and many nieces & nephews.
Graveside service will be held on Friday, October 8, 2010 at Bardsdale Cemetery officiated by Masonic Lodge.
