It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Mark Talbot Sr., who entered into the presence of the Lord on July 8, 2026, at the age of 59.
Robert was a devoted father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. His faith in God gave him strength throughout his life, and even in his final days, he faced each moment with grace, courage, and unwavering trust in the Lord.
After receiving a double lung transplant, Robert defied the odds and was blessed with more than 12 additional years with those he loved. He treasured every moment with his family and never took that precious time for granted.
He is survived by his children, Robert Talbot Jr. and Keylee Talbot; his four beloved grandchildren; his mother, Lydia Lopez; and his sisters, Mary Keys and Debbie Luce. He was preceded in death by his father and several other beloved family members.
Robert had a lifelong love for sports and was a devoted fan of the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Los Angeles Rams. He will be remembered for his resilient spirit, kind heart, steadfast faith, and the love he had for his family.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in Fillmore, California, where family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate the life of a man who was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
