Dear friends,

As the Democrat leaders in the Legislature and the Governor continue to espouse the idea of raising taxes in California, it's important to remember just how many taxes we pay on a daily basis.

Income tax, property tax, sales tax and gasoline tax are the obvious ones. But don't forget the sewer tax, storm drain tax, trash tax and state excise tax - the list goes on.

The following video is a sobering reminder that Californians are taxed from sun-up to sun-down.
