Financial aid to Africa is an on going topic but not one that has been in the news lately. However, we should know what kind of aid is best for Africa. Dambisa Moyo, an economist from Africa, wrote a book in 2009 expressing her experience with the different kinds of aid and the benefits or problems they present.
