Assemblyman Jeff Gorell to Host Covered California Healthcare Forum

Camarillo, CA – The office of Assemblyman Jeff Gorell (R-Camarillo) will be hosting a free public forum on March 5th for individuals who wish to learn more about healthcare options available under Covered California. This workshop is open to the public.

Representatives from Covered California, the United Way of Ventura County, Ventura County Public Health, and local insurance agents will be available to help answer questions about the newly implemented healthcare programs, and to help people find an appropriate healthcare plan for themselves and their families.

March 31st is the final day of open enrollment, the period of time in which many Californians can get federal premium assistance to reduce their costs. This federal premium assistance is only available through Covered California.
