On Sunday 06/13/10, at approximately 1300 hours, the Santa Paula Police Department received an anonymous tip of a person conducting drug sales at a residence in the 700 Block of Sheffield Drive. Upon further investigation of the residence, it was discovered one of the occupants, Gabriel Osuna, 18 years, was on probation for possession of marijuana for sales. Santa Paula Officers conducted a probation search of Osuna and his residence and located over 3.5 pounds of Marijuana, over $4500 in cash, misc packaging and scales.
Osuna was transported to the Ventura County Jail on the charges of possession of marijuana for sales and possession of a controlled substance. Because of the vigilance of the Citizens in the community, arrests like these are possible.
