District Attorney finds Deputy Delpit acted reasonably, killing of Devon Costa was justifiable homicide

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that the review by the District Attorney’s Office of the circumstances surrounding the September 7, 2013, shooting of Devon Costa by Ventura County Sheriff’s Deputy Danielle Delpit has been completed.
