On 7/7/09, The victim was working as a taxi cab driver. The victim picked up the suspect, who requested a ride to Ojai. The suspect told the victim to stop the cab and then produced a knife- threatening the victim. A struggle ensued between the victim and the suspect with the victim sustaining a laceration to his hand. The suspect was disarmed and left on foot. A short time later, the suspect was stopped and arrested for the listed charges. The victim was treated and released at a local hospital.
