Marie Teresa James, 66, of LaGrange, GA, formerly of Piru, CA, died Monday, June 09, 2008 at Twin Fountain Nursing Home, LaGrange, GA.

Mrs. James was born December 21, 1941 in Ventura, CA, daughter of the late Maximo Gonzalez and Victoria Estrada Gonzalez.

Survivors include her husband, Clarence James; four children, Clarence James, Jr., Anna Noyola, George James, and Frank James; twelve grandchildren; six sisters, Lucy Godinez, Carolyn Jimenez, Abelina Gonzalez, Amelia Espinoza, Maximina Gonzalez, and Victoria Gonzalez; and one brother, Francisco Gonzalez.

The Funeral Mass was said Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. at St. Peterʼs Catholic Church, LaGrange, GA. Another service will be held in Piru, CA at San Salvador Mission. Mrs. James will be laid to rest in the Piru Cemetery beside her parents.
