On April 21st 2023 our beloved Margaret Irene Willis passed away from a longtime illness. Margaret was born on Christmas Day 1954. She was raised in Piru then moved to Fillmore where she lived most of her life. She was an amazing mom and grandma. She worked at Henry Mayo Hospital for more than 20 years and she will be missed very much by her family and everyone that knew her. She was a nurturer by heart, always stepping in to take care of someone in need whether it be family or a friend. Mom, Now you can have your shotty for the body and rest peacefully. I love you, thank you for being you. Margaret was proceeded in death by her Mom Irene Kutbach and Father Ernest Kutbach she is survived by her children Brian Willis, Lucius Willis (Jennifer Willis) and Ashley Martinez. Grandchildren Destiny Willis, Lucius Willis Jr, Jayleen Willis, Sasha Willis, Mathew Willis, Akadia Willis and Victoria Martinez. Brothers and Sisters Samuel Torres, (Patsy Torres) Mark Torres, (Patty Torres) Rick Kutbach, August Kutbach, Willie Kutbach, Hilda Hoffman, and Kathryn Johnson. Church service will be held at 9am on Friday, June 23rd at the San Salvador Catholic Church in Piru. Burial will be at 11:00am at the Bardsdale Cemetery in Fillmore, Ca. Reception to follow.
