Jeffrey is the son of Viola Anne Acosta and the late Alfred Andrew Acosta and the first grandson of the late Guadalupe Dominquez Ramirez and Fermin Arroyo Ramirez of Piru. Survived by his mother Viola Anne Acosta, sister Stephanie Ann Acosta and brother Steve Alfred Acosta of Piru. Nieces: Diana Acosta Sawyer,Amber Nativada Acosta Campbell. Nephews: Steve Alfred Acosta, Daniel Acosta and
Gunner Edward Acosta.
