On Tuesday, December 9th, a Ventura County Sheriff’s Department deputy radioed dispatch to advise he was involved in a traffic collision at the intersection of Ventura Street and B Street. Fillmore City Fire and AMR Paramedics were also dispatched to the location. Arriving firefighters reported two vehicles, a VC Sheriffs cruiser and Kia hatchback, involved with moderate damage. All occupants were out of the vehicles, and no ambulance transports were made. Cause of the crash is under investigation. Photo credit Angel Esquivel.
