On Wednesday morning, February 4, detours were set up near the corner of C Street, Old Telegraph Road and Goodenough Road. According to the City of Fillmore this is a project to upgrade the sewer main that runs within C Street. The first phase of the project started a few months ago which upgraded the line from El Paseo Street to Sespe Avenue. The current phase will be about two months and will replace the line segment just north of Falcon Way, under the railroad tracks, and end at Harthorn Lane. Information courtesy City of Fillmore.
