On Thursday, November 13, at 10:22 a.m., the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, Ventura County Fire, and California Highway Patrol were dispatched to a vehicle fire on Old Telegraph Road near SR126. Arriving firefighters reported a trash truck with light smoke showing. Original call to 911 advised the driver was trapped but later confirmed incorrect.
