On Monday, October 26, along Goodenough Road north of Fillmore, a temporary traffic signal was installed. According to the City of Fillmore, “The temporary traffic signals are for improvements in the public right-of-way that are the responsibility of Williams Homes to construct as part of their Creekside residential development.
