Sulphur cargo shifts, crushes truck cab
On Sunday morning, August 31, at 6:15am, a Bakersfield-based, HONDO, Inc. 18-wheeler experience a load-shift. The cargo containers appeared to have broken loose from the strapping system, allowing the containers of sulphur to shift forward, crushing the cab.
