On Saturday, November 22, at 7:20 p.m., Ventura County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop in front of Vons Market. Deputies were seen handcuffing the driver who was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance, a violation of HS 11550(a). Subject was in possession of a controlled substance, stolen credit cards, and stolen mail, a violation of HS 11377(a), PC 666.1, and PC 530.5(e).
