On Monday, December 8, at 8:43 p.m., Ventura County Fire, Fillmore City Fire, AMR Paramedics, and California Highway Patrol were dispatched to a reported traffic collision in the 1700 block of Grand Avenue, involving a Honda sedan and a parked farm truck.
