Papa Loy’s Liquor Store, located at 613 Ventura Street, is now Papa Lupe’s Liquor & Market. On Saturday, December 16, 2023, a soft opening will take place from 11a.m. to 3p.m. for the community to enjoy. They will have music, food and more as they celebrate the soft opening. A Grand Opening is to follow in early 2024. Papa Lupe’s Liquor & Market is owned and operated by the Lupe Martinez family, Fillmore residents born and raised for four generations here in Fillmore.
