On Monday, September 18, 2023, Josh Overton (left) received the Lion’s Don Schneider Award for his valued efforts in our Student Speaker contest and other events for the greater community. We THANK YOU for your dedicated service, Josh. The Fourth District Student Speakers Foundation is a California nonprofit corporation administered by a board of directors and 15 trustees.
