Antibody Testing: The Ventura County Health Care Agency is offering free covid-19 antibody testing in Fillmore. The test is a blood test that tells individuals if they have been previously exposed to COVID-19 and have developed antibodies to the disease. Testing is offered at locations throughout the County.
