Fillmore Lions Club will be assembling 1500 enchiladas on Sat., November 1st. This is a huge fundraiser they’ve done every year since 1948! They are counting on the community’s help to buy tickets. Each one costs $15. That is very reasonable for 3 hearty enchiladas, rice, beans, and a salad. And most importantly, all proceeds go to graduating high school seniors who apply for the Fillmore Lions Scholarship. If chosen, they receive money towards their education (university or vocational). We also have plenty of Lions Club members selling to family, friends, and you!
