DUI Collision Sends 3 to Hospital, Including Infant
On Sunday, May 3, 2026, at approximately 2210 hours, Fillmore patrol deputies responded to a two-vehicle traffic collision at the intersection of Ventura Street and B Street. As a result of the crash, two adult females and an infant associated with a Honda CRV were transported to local hospitals for injuries sustained during the collision. The driver of the Dodge Ram truck, a 78-year-old Fillmore resident, was arrested for driving under the influence. The arrestee was also transported to a local hospital and admitted for his injuries. As a result, the arrestee was released pursuant to Penal Code section 849(b)(4). When the investigation is complete, the case will be submitted to the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office for review and filing consideration. Info courtesy Fillmore PD.
