Dia de los Muertos Celebrated in a Big Way!
![]() Fillmore’s downtown Central Avenue was really bustling on Sunday night, November 2nd, for Dia de los Muertos! The festivities started at 3pm and ran until 10pm. Decorative car displays lined the avenue as music and dance filled the air courtesy of Danza Aztecs, Love2 Dance Studio, Mariachi Los Leones, Cosmico, Danza Los Viejitos, Mariachi Los Rayos, La Sentencia Nortena, Danza Oaxaquenas, and Relicho Norteno. Great food and venders were available to keep the large crowd happy. Pictured is one of the colorful car displays, and an after-life guitar player. Mr. Bones sat holding a bunch of marigolds, waiting for his lost love to return. Photo credit Sebastian Ramirez. By Gazette Staff Writers — Thursday, November 6th, 2025
