On Friday, March 13, officials broke ground on the Creekside development in Fillmore. The 134 single-family homes will include 20 affordable units and 16 will be attached Accessory Dwelling Units. The market rate pricing could range from the high $600,000s to mid-$800,000s. The development sits on vacant land west of Goodenough Road and north of B Street. Homes are estimated to go on sale late April/May. The property was bought in 2019 and Williams Homes partnered with Fillmore city staff, Planning Commission and City Council on design and an agreeable plan.
