On Friday morning at approximately 7:07 a.m., Fillmore Police Department, Fillmore City Fire Department, and AMR Paramedics responded to a reported traffic collision at Ventura Street and Central Avenue. Firefighters arrived and found two vehicles with moderate damage, and several patients involved. A second ambulance was requested to assist with patient evaluation. Fillmore deputies temporarily closed both lanes of Ventura Street while crews assessed those involved and cleared the roadway. One patient was transported by ambulance.
