Autism Awareness Month Recognized

At Tuesday night’s city council meeting the City of Fillmore gave out two proclamations: one proclaiming April as National Fair Housing Month, which was presented to Brandy Lengning who spoke on behalf of Homegrown Realty of Fillmore and the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors by Mayor Albert Mendez. The second proclaiming April as Autism Awareness Month which was presented by Mayor Mendez to Nancy Rodriguez who spoke on behalf of the Autism community in Fillmore. Photo credit Angel Esquivel.
