On Saturday, April 25, at 8:00 p.m., Fillmore sheriff deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of B Street. The subject was arrested for obstructing, resisting/delaying a peace officer, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Subject was booked at the Ventura County Main Jail.
