On Wednesday, April 15th, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Fillmore deputies contacted a 24-year-old male at Central Park, 250 Central Avenue. Deputies determined the subject was on probation. During the contact, the subject resisted and delayed law enforcement. He was found to be in possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia and was also involved in the theft of utilities from the City of Fillmore.
